Explorers play a vital part in the Colditz Challenge. They pursue Scouts and act as ‘guards’ around the site.
Explorers are typically asked to be on site from 19:00 on Saturday, ready to start ‘guarding’ at about 20:15. Around 22:00 some are asked to act as resistance members in zone two, with everything wrapping up at around midnight. Explorers are then free to camp over night if they wish or to head home (please let us know in advance).
